Please understand that natural wooden products come in different textures and slight changes in color. No two product textures can be exactly same.

We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your electronic device.

7-Day Return Policy.

When you shop at LeoGlam, you can feel completely at ease knowing that you may return any qualified purchases within seven days of receiving the goods in unused condition only if it is damaged or incorrect.

We gladly accept returns of any unused damaged cookware goods since we are concerned about your safety and hygiene. Make sure the goods are brand-new and that all of the tags, boxes, and other packing are still in place.

For items that are delivered correctly, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To minimize any inconvenience, please make sure you review all product characteristics before making a purchase.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or missing units in my order?

Please email a picture of the products you received and the exterior packing to our customer service if any items are missing, damaged, or inaccurate.

Depending on what you want, we will either give you a complete refund or a similar item in exchange.

Can I cancel the order?

Orders may be canceled within three hours after placement. Since the order cannot be returned once it is delivered in proper condition and correctly.

Will I get a refund if I don’t get a replacement/exchange as requested?

Exchanges and replacements are contingent upon the seller’s stock being available.

If the product is out of stock or that a replacement or exchange is not possible, product  refund will be given upon successful product pickup.
