Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 5-10 days of placing the order, we send them via standard courier partners. During Sale days, this might get delayed further. Please note delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.

Shipping charges are applicable and will be visible at checkout.

If we are facing huge demands in production, we might get slightly delayed, as all our products are handmade. But we will try to dispatch the products as soon as we can, and keep you updated.

Shipping times  are not fixed and may be extended if we are facing high volumes of orders or due to other unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to any act of god, epidemic, pandemics, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, calamities, war, fire, explosion; strikes and boycotts of those involved in the transport, packaging and manufacturing industry, accidents, embargos, riots, insurrections, terrorist or military actions, civil commotions, agitations that obstruct transport services etc.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information via email or SMS. Please note any query regarding delivery can be communicated via email info@leoglam.in within 24hours from the time of delivery shown on the shipping portal. You can alternatively contact us by filling the form on our website.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.

We ship orders PAN India via couriers on surface transport basis.
